Our program was expressly designed to meet the growing need in both the private and public sectors for technically well-trained analysts with a strong background in economics and advanced quantitative methods. The roughly 15 month program (five quarters) provides you with a strong background in economic theory and quantitative methods, with a special emphasis placed on providing relevant, applied knowledge that can be quickly translated into practice, both while in the program and after graduation. It is an intellectually stimulating program that will provide you with the confidence and skills to succeed as an economic or financial analyst, market researcher or in another related profession.
Our program is intended primarily as a terminal professional degree, rather than as preparation for a Ph.D. program. As such, the program provides important workplace skills in economic and data analyses, hones oral and written communication skills, and builds teamwork skills. Your efforts in the program will be rewarded, our placement rate over the past few years has been nearly perfect.
