“How It Works”
The Graduate Students Accomplishments Database
provides UC graduate students a unique forum in which can both register entries
describing their scholarly and creative work and activities, and search the entries
by other graduate
students using keywords.
To Register Entries:
Click here to bypass instructions and ENTER YOUR
ACCOMPLISHMENT/S.
1. Log in using your 6+2 UC log-in and password (the same login details you use
on OneStop).
2. Choose to register your work following categories:

Journal Publication
Articles or reviews that have been published in a peer-reviewed, refereed,
academic or professional journal can be registered under this category. |

Book Publication
Books or chapters in books that have already been published can be registered under
this category.

Conference Presentation
Papers or posters that have been presented at an academic or professional
conference can be registered under this category. |

Creative Works—Gallery Exhibit, Musical Performance and Composition, Business Case Competition
A student can enter gallery exhibitions, performances, business case competitions,
and other such accomplishments that have already taken place. |

UC Campus Conference Organization
A student can enter information about a future on-campus conference that s/he is
helping to organize. |
3. Follow the prompts by providing information such as name, UC (Bearcat Online
BOL) email address, academic information, abstract or description of work, and other information
that will build a basic citation of your work's entry.
4. Check spelling and grammar (there is no spell-check function).
Please put relevant searchable language
in your Abstract/Description entry fields. A Keyword search of this database is
based only on the words a person puts into their Abstract/Description fields.
5. Submit your entry to the database.
6. Edit or delete your entry at any time.
IMPORTANT: By submitting an entry to the Database, you are certifying that all information
is true and accurate. Entries are not refereed; each appears in the database when
a student clicks “Insert”. However, the database coordinator reserves the right
to remove any entries at any time.
